So, I was recently looking at some old pictures I found of myself...Man was I chunky! :P
So, I have recently enrolled in Aerobics class at school. And we do a lot of stuff in there. And boy do you get sore. :P When I first started this class I think my weight was at... 135? somewhere around there and know believe it or not im 128! Ya!
I have cut down my eating habits quite tremendously...I dont eat as much as I used to. :P and work out... Crunches, leg lifts, weights... you get the just of it.
So, by the end of the school year.... my goal is to be 120.... Lets see if I can do it!
